Raktabīja is an asura. She was created by Olega in his lab using his own rage and nano-tech where he used one of the Demi-GOD's DNA combined with nano-tech to make this metahuman Asura. Raktabīja has power that whenever a drop of her blood fell on the ground, a duplicate Raktabīja would be born at that spot (rakta=blood, bīja=seed; "she for whom each drop of blood is a seed"). A full combined nano-tech allowes her power even incresed multiple times.
